Revised SCOR Membership structure

SCOR participation, and receipt of the customized reports, is primarily a benefit of SAMBA membership. The participation fee will be waived for practices where at least 5 anesthesiologists are SAMBA members (or if there is a 50% membership rate, for groups smaller than 10). For non-member participants, the fee structure to receive SCOR reports is:
  • <1500 cases/year $500 per year
  • 1500 - 2499 cases/year $750 per year
  • 2500 - 5000 cases/year $1,000 per year
  • >5000 cases/year $1,250/ per year
  • Multi-site: (>5 sites) $1,250 plus $100/site above 5 sites
  • Trial 60 day membership $175
